Lessan is proud to announce the release of its English-Arabic online dictionary. The dictionary currently contains more than 50,000 translation pairs, and our team will always be working to increase that number.
The Arabic content is fully vocalized, and we’ll be working on adding audio files for it as well. We have taken upon ourselves the duty of adding the most up-to-date English words with all their possible word classes and inflicted forms, so that you will find here translations for words that can be found only in an unabridged English dictionary. As to the Arabic content, we added words that are familiar to a native Arabic speaker, excluding archaic or slang words that are not used in writing. The content will always be increasing to include more words, expressions, and meanings for both Arabic and English.

إصدار قاموس لسان العربي الإنجليزي

يعلن موقع لسان عن إصدار قاموس لسان العربي الإنجليزي، وهو قاموس يضم أكثر من 50,000 زوج ترجمي، وهذه مجرد بداية. وقد راعينا أن تكون الترجمات العربية مشكلة بالكامل، وسوف نعمل كذلك على إضافة ملفات صوتية للكلمات العربية.
كما أخذنا على عاتقنا إضافة كل ما نستطيع الوصول إليه من معان للاستخدامات المختلفة لكل كلمة من الكلمات الإنجليزية، بحيث يكون القاموس شاملا ووافيا وفيه من المفردات ما لن تجده إلا في قاموس ضخم للغة الإنجليزية. أما بالنسبة للغة العربية فقد التزمنا بإضافة الكلمات المستخدمة وفضلنا عدم إضافة الكلمات التي لم تعد مألوفة أو مستخدمة.
